1. How long does it take to process my order?
Standard lighting fixtures usually ship within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
Large lighting fixtures, customized items, or made-to-order products may require approximately 1–2 weeks for production, quality inspection, secure packaging, and shipment preparation.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has shipped.
For customized or made-to-order lighting fixtures, changes or cancellations may not be available once production has begun.
3. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice that the shipping address is incorrect, please contact our support team immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

4. How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 weeks after the order has shipped.
Standard lighting fixtures usually ship within 3–7 business days. Large, customized, or made-to-order lighting fixtures may require approximately 1–2 weeks for production and preparation before shipment.
The total estimated delivery timeline depends on the product type, preparation time, destination, carrier schedule, and final-mile delivery.
5. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping may be available for eligible items upon request.
Expedited transit usually takes approximately 7–14 business days after the item has completed processing, production if required, quality inspection, secure packaging, and has been handed over to the carrier.
Please note that expedited shipping does not mean delivery within 7–14 business days from the order date. It only applies to the transit time after the item is ready to ship.
6. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
7. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Do your lighting fixtures include light bulbs?
Some lighting fixtures may include bulbs, while others require separate bulbs depending on the design. Please refer to the product description for detailed information.
9. Are your lights dimmable?
Many of our lighting fixtures support dimming when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch. Please check the product specifications to confirm compatibility.
10. Do your lights require professional installation?
For larger chandeliers or complex lighting fixtures, we recommend professional installation to ensure safety and proper setup.

11. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.
Customized, special-order, installed, used, clearance, or final sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
12. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with your order details. We will review your request and provide instructions if the item is eligible.
13. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
14. What if my refund has not arrived?
If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days, please contact our support team and we will assist you in checking the refund status.
