Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and uninstalled

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• All parts and accessories must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Cyranlamps will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or a full refund after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or special-order lighting fixtures

• Products that have been installed or used

• Clearance or final sale items

Items Not Received

If your order never arrives, contact our customer service. We will investigate with the shipping carrier. If the product cannot be located, Cyranlamps will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process once you receive the product.

Customer Change of Mind

If you received the product but decide you no longer want it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

Exchanges

To exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery. Ensure the original item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Cyranlamps will provide return instructions and ship the replacement once the return is approved. Cyranlamps covers shipping costs for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. If you do not receive your refund after 7 business days, contact our support team.

Processing Time
