1. Order Processing & Preparation Time
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Because many of our products are lighting fixtures that may require order verification, quality inspection, secure packaging, production arrangement, or freight coordination, processing and preparation times may vary depending on the product type.
Estimated preparation times:
• Standard lighting fixtures: usually ship within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
• Large lighting fixtures: may require approximately 1–2 weeks for production, inspection, secure packaging, and shipment preparation.
• Customized or made-to-order lighting fixtures: may require approximately 1–2 weeks for production after order details are confirmed, depending on the size, finish, customization requirements, and production schedule.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
After receiving your order, our team may review the selected product, preparation requirements, shipping method, and destination. For larger or customized lighting fixtures, we may contact you by email to confirm the estimated production and delivery timeline. Before shipment, we will provide updated shipping information and tracking details once available.

3. Standard Shipping & Delivery Time
Many lighting fixtures are fragile, carefully packed, or larger than standard small-parcel items. To help reduce the risk of damage during transit, we may use standard parcel shipping, freight shipping, large-item logistics, or other suitable shipping methods depending on the product and destination.
Estimated standard delivery after shipment:
• Standard shipping: usually takes approximately 2–4 weeks after the order has shipped.
• Large or customized lighting fixtures: delivery time may vary depending on the product size, carrier schedule, destination, and final-mile delivery conditions.
Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date, not the order date. All shipments include tracking information once available.
4. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for eligible items upon request.
Expedited transit usually takes approximately 7–14 business days after the order has completed processing, production if required, quality inspection, secure packaging, and has been handed over to the carrier.
Please note that expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery within 7–14 business days from the order date. Expedited shipping only applies to the transit time after the item is ready to ship.
The required processing, production, customization, inspection, or packaging time may still apply before shipment, especially for large, made-to-order, or customized lighting fixtures.
Expedited shipping availability and cost may vary depending on the product size, weight, destination, packaging requirements, and carrier availability. Customers who need faster delivery should contact us before placing an order so we can confirm whether expedited shipping is available for the selected item.
5. Total Estimated Delivery Timeline
The total estimated delivery timeline depends on the product type, preparation time, shipping method, destination, carrier schedule, and final-mile delivery.
General estimated timelines:
• Standard lighting fixtures: usually ship within 3–7 business days, with standard delivery taking approximately 2–4 weeks after shipment.
• Large lighting fixtures: may require approximately 1–2 weeks for production and preparation, with standard delivery taking approximately 2–4 weeks after shipment.
• Customized or made-to-order lighting fixtures: may require approximately 1–2 weeks for production after order details are confirmed, with standard delivery taking approximately 2–4 weeks after shipment.
• Expedited shipping orders: preparation or production time plus approximately 7–14 business days of expedited transit, if the item is eligible.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm product availability, production requirements, shipping eligibility, and the estimated delivery timeline.
6. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.
Any additional shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees or special freight charges when applicable, will be clearly confirmed or displayed before payment.
There are no hidden shipping fees.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or require additional delivery arrangements.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately at info@cyranlamps.com. We will do our best to update the shipping details before the order is dispatched, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered production, packaging, or shipment processing.
9. Order Changes or Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order changes or cancellations can only be processed before the order has shipped. For customized or made-to-order lighting fixtures, changes or cancellations may not be available once production has begun.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
10. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
While we work hard to provide accurate estimated timelines, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, severe weather, peak season logistics volume, final-mile delivery issues, or other unforeseen logistics conditions.
If there is a significant delay, our team will continue to communicate with the customer and provide updates when available.
11. Duties and Taxes
All standard shipping costs are included at checkout for eligible U.S. orders. Customers will not be required to pay additional standard shipping fees upon delivery within the United States.
